I’m in a huge Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles mood right now.

Not only is the new Nickelodeon cartoon pretty much the best thing ever made, but (I’m not gonna lie) I think the trailer for the new Michael Bay TMNT movie looks pretty cool. Obviously if you aren’t a Michael Bay fan you’re probably rolling your eyes and groaning right now. What can I say? Except for Transformers 2 and Bad Boys 2, I pretty much love everything he makes (Pain & Gain was hilarious). Of course by “love” I mean I get really stoned and have a good time and, in the end, isn’t that what Michael Bay movies are all about anyways?

Even though I love the current version of April O’Neil on the Nickelodeon cartoon, my favorite version has to be this one – Classic April O’Neil. Sure she works better as a character when she’s closer in age to the turtles, but you can’t top the sex appeal of this version.

What do you guys think? Which version of April O’Neil is your favorite?

Classic April or nothin’! Especially when she’s this sexy.

Damn tasty. Thanks for sharin’. Tis really a beaut.

I’m not big on the new film’s trailer. But I’m a bit skewed, my favorite film is still the classic 91′ film. The puppetry/suits, the cheesy music, and the cheesy lines. Film is pure gold in my mind. I watch it yearly up their with Predator, Alien/Aliens, T1 & T2. Can’t be outdone, not to me anyway.

I also think some real shit is needed with organic shit. That’s why I love Del Toro’s stuff with Hellboy & Pan’s Labyrinth.

    But different strokes, I suppose.

@Bloodfart – I love the first movie. Up until the current cartoon on Nickelodeon it was my favorite version of the turtles. I saw it at a midnight screening in Hollywood a couple of years ago and I was surprised the special effects held up as well as they did. Puppets > CGI
